Brand new Flow infinite 2007, Brand new Flow NXT-AT Bindings, And Brand new boots(dont know the kind, but made by Flow)
All for $150, Great deal? Good Deal? Bad Deal?
What might it really be worth? But for 150 dollars, you cant go wrong!
like you said, can’t go wrong for 150!
I don’t know your skill level, or what kind of riding you prefer…
It’s a all around decent deck, for all-mountain riders. Awesome deal really.. 2007 is a better board because it has the whiskey X technology where as in the 08 & 09 this was replaced with the whiskey royale, which is still good but not as responsive as the wx.
but sounds like a steal for the boots&bindings alone.

Women’s Burton bindings for advanced intermed. rider?
I need burton bindings because I have a custom. Been riding for a few years and can bomb the hill but only got into the park last year. I am definitely going to be in the park a lot more this year, probably half park half freeride, so I guess a medium flex binding right?
Lexa and escapade are the only mid flex bindings this year, lexa has some funky poop green and beige color I’m not feeling, escapades are pricey, but are they worth it? I want some good quality bindings.. would last years model be about the same?
Basically is there anyone with experience with escapades from this year or last year, is there much of a difference, would I be better off getting last year’s escapades than say lexas from this year?
I take that back about the poop green lexas, I see more colors now..
well i dont know about the escapades, but this is my… third?… year with lexa bindings, and i love them. ive done park for 2 years now, and have never had any problems with them there, or at all for that matter. they’re really durable, and the cat strap really makes a difference with how secure the board feels.

Snowboarding is an awesome sport that has become more and more popular in recent years. Originally the inspiration came from skateboarding, surfing, and skiing, the sport of snowboarding evolved in the United States back in the decades of the 1960s and 70s. Most people agree that the original snowboard was an invention that was manufactured in Utah in the 1970s. As you can imagine, the extreme nature of the sport caught on fast. The popularity of this sport really grew quickly when a few pioneers made some innovative designs that have lasted up until now.
With the upswing in public notice of snowboarding more people want to get involved in it. Most people who are trying to get involved in snowboarding don’t really know where to start. Let me break down what you need to get started. You will need the clothes, various equipment like snowboard, bindings, boots, and goggles.
The snowboard itself has undergone a several technological advances since it was first invented. The earliest snowboards were basically flexible wooden planks to which straps, or in some cases, water ski bindings were attached. Soon thereafter, fiberglass was added to these boards, greatly increasing their flexibility as well as their durability. Further adaptations taken from ski manufacturing allowed these boards to glide much easier, and their controllability was greatly improved as well.
After you get your free instructional information its time for you to go out and find a ski resort to test your skills. skiresorts.org is a great site with all the ski resorts around the world listed. When you are looking for a ski resort you need to look at booth price a park quality. Park quality and price always go together the more you pay the more you get. If you spend a little more money than usual you get better cabins, mountain and all around better service.
The first National snowboarding race took place in 1982 in Vermont. After that, things began to really spread like wild fire. Tom Sims, founder of Sims Snowboards, took it upon himself to organize the first World Championship halfpipe competition in 1983. The sport continued to gain popularity, and the first World Cup of snowboarding was held in Austria in 1985.
The sport of snowboarding is something the whole family can do. You can never be too young or too old to snowboard, you heath permitting of course. There is nothing better that you can do for your family than just getting them outside. Have your children go outdoors and experience this amazing earth we live on. Maybe they’ll become fanatics about it and will stop watching so much MTV
If you were paying attention you would see that the structure of a rowers body has seen changes over the years. 50 years previous the build of average rowers were quite small, the emphasis being on lightness and a body built for endurance. Things are different in current times however with rowers have very altered body shapes and more size. Rowers are now seletced when they are young if they show promising shape and what they eat is closely monitored in order to allow their bodies to develop in the right way. An ideal rowing body is what then?
Firstly rowers are as tall as surfboards, men often reaching above 6’5” and woman above 6’0”. What this essentially means is that their pull distance is more than most peoples and the forces that can be generated increase proportionally. A rower’s legs are incredibly strong; they do a great deal of work in the gym, often squatting their own body weight repeatedly. The two elements of a race where the legs are vital are during the take off phase and then to provide steady power for the duration. Therefore legs that are in good condition is of paramount importance. Next time you are at a rowing event, cycling along the river bank on your second hand bikes take a look at the legs of the rowers when they are pulling away from the start. You will view a supreeme site as they pulsate and create great power. These strains would likely be unbearable for a normal humans lower body to bear.
A rower’s back is the other element that is super-humanly strong. It is common for rowers to suffer from problems associated with poor posture but whilst they may not be great on land they are perfectly adapted to moving a rowing boat. Huge power can be cleaved from the back of a rower as they are well developed and rounded at the top. This not only provides explosive power but the development allows sustained work also. Lastly, whilst rowers are very well built, they actually have a great deal of slow-twitch fibres in their muscles (often associated with long distance athletes). This means they are able to sustain their activity for longer durations and can mean the difference between first or last place in the common long races. A lot of rowing events are long distance and you’ll see these are often suited to slighter body types. However, rowers also have a good amount of fast-twitch fibres which gives them the speed and power they need equally. For used kayaks and canoes please visit EST.
